North Georgia Pet Cremations is a locally-owned and operated pet cremation company specializing in private, individual pet cremations.

We are pet owners and we understand from personal experience the heartbreak, profound sadness and sense of loss when our pets die. North Georgia Pet Cremations was established for those who prefer this disposition of your pet’s remains.

The company was established in 2003 by Jim Watkins, a local resident and licensed funeral director. He realized through a personal experience that there was not a local option for this sensitive and specialized service. Jim has been in the death care industry for over 30 years.

Note: If you need assistance burying your pet, we can help you with that, too. We do not personally provide the service, but we will refer you to a reliable provider. This is especially valuable if the animal is quite large.
